Player Registration for the 2018-2019 Player Registration is Now  Open!

Welcome to the 2018-2019 Player Registration!

To play sled hockey, each player needs to register yearly.  The registration will include signing up for a USA Hockey membership and completing the full application.  There is a $100 fee for players to participate plus USA hockey charges for their membership.  For complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.  Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account.

Each Player must register first with USA Hockey and then complete the Registration Information to signup for the 2018-2019 Season.

• Step 1:  CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey. Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number.
• Step 2:  Return to this page.  If you are new to SportsEngine, Create an ID.  If you already have an ID, proceed to Log In.  You can Create an ID and/or Log in by finding a link as you scroll down this page. Your computer may have saved your password so you may already be logged in.  You can check the upper left corner to see if you are already logged in.
• Step 3: Proceed to complete the Player Information to continue with the application.  During this registration session you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.
